Please fill out the contact form to update your order. We can correct your shipping address, quantity of items, names, etc. Once your order has been shipped, we will be unable to correct your order.

Our orders are processed Monday to Friday. The processing time takes upto a maximum of 5 days. This time differ during holidays, there can be late deliveries due to extreme weather conditons, natural disasters.

To better serve our worldwide customers, we have distribution centers around the world. If you ordered multiple different products, your order may arrive in separate shipments. We partner directly with manufacturers to ship them directly to our customers, so we can pass on the Goodness to you!

If you are not satisfied with your product, you must contact us within 5 days from date of delivery. Refund requests after the 5-day period cannot be honored. For your refund to be processed, you will be responsible for returning the item in its original condition.Your payment method will be credited back after we receive your returned item.
